Data processed
The site does not use profiling systems. When you submit the form, your name, contact details, location, enquiry and optional attachments are sent through the website server to the practice’s email address.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a preliminary assessment or take pre-contractual steps at your request.
Retention and recipients
Data is retained for the time needed to manage the enquiry and meet any professional or legal obligations. It is not disclosed for commercial purposes. Technical providers may process it where strictly necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing by writing to the practice. Applicable statutory retention obligations remain in effect.
Professional documentation
Professional registrations, qualifications and relevant insurance are specified in the proposal and contract for each assignment. This notice will be updated if additional data collection or analytics systems are introduced.
Browsing and technical services
The hosting service may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information in logs needed to operate and protect the website. Technical arrangements may differ between the hosted preview and the practice’s own domain. Hosting and email providers process data according to their applicable roles and terms.
Providing information
Your name, contact details and assignment information are needed to handle your enquiry. Providing data is optional, but without it the practice may be unable to respond. Telephone numbers and additional documents are optional. Avoid sending health data or other particularly sensitive information, or unnecessary third-party documents. Messages and optional attachments are sent only when you select Send enquiry. The website uses a temporary technical session and limited anti-abuse records to protect submission. Attachments are not stored in a public folder.
Legal bases
Enquiries about a possible assignment are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Documents required to meet legal obligations are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Website security and operation may rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to users’ rights. Google Maps is activated only after the user’s choice.
External services and transfers
Activating Google Maps connects to Google’s services, which may process data outside the European Economic Area under its privacy notice and applicable safeguards. Links to WhatsApp and other external websites open services operated by their respective providers. See Google’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Contact the controller for clarification about the practice’s providers and any applicable transfer safeguards.
Complaints and further rights
Where the GDPR provides for it, you may exercise data portability and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Requests to the practice may be sent to info@statoattuale.com. The practice does not use this website for automated decision-making or profiling.
